Lately I am feeling something on my left side of my abdomen. I am not sure what it is but surely I am experiencing it just whenever. It happens at home, it happens after work out, it happens before I sleep, it happens anytime, anywhere so I really can’t pin point what’s causing the pain. It couldn’t be apendicitis since it’s on the left. I don’t think it’s kidney problem too since I don’t feel anything when I pee. Someone told me I might be dehydrated and that’s my number one suspision.
According to WebMD website, Dehydration is a condition that occurs when the loss of body fluids, mostly water, exceeds the amount that is taken in. With dehydration, more water is moving out of our cells and bodies than what we take in through drinking. We lose water every day in the form of water vapor in the breath we exhale and in our excreted sweat, urine, and stool. Along with the water, small amounts of salts are also lost. Based on my understanding on this article, there’s a possibility that I am dehydrated. I do drink lots of water only when I exercise. I can barely finish one of my tumblers. No wonder I barely sweat and my skin is very dry. I am not so sure about this yet so I am going to see my doctor about this and hoping it’s nothing dangerous yet. I exercise more so could be healthier and be a better person, be a better mom to my kids and husband to my wife and I plan on maintaining that for them.
I can’t believe I’ve been teaching ZUMBA now for 3 months! Actually, I can’t believe that I am teaching now. All those time, I thought I won’t be able to do this for no. 1 reason – I thought I can’t memorize choreography, but look at me now memorized almost 30 routines! Memorized a full hour routines in a month! I know it’s probably easy for others but for me, it’s a huge milestone! I am so proud of myself!
Yesterday was my last Zumba Class of the year, it was fun as usual! I had awesome participants, old and new comers, and some instructors too! in 2016, I plan on doing new routines, I am still in the process of learning my new warm- up song, it’s a 10 minute routine and I love all three mixed songs! I hope my class will like it coz I love it!
