Last week I was able to watch GSM BLUE FLAIR IDOL 2010 @ San Miguel by the Bay in MOA.
It’s my first time to watch a contest like this in my life. I have been watching some like this in you tube but it’s different when you’re watching it live! I was very amazed and I am quite nervous watching them throwing their bottles and glasses in the air! But since they are 15 participants and as I watched them perform one by one, I am enjoying it already and I got used to it. They are all awesome and their performance is really entertaining.
While watching the contest I was surprise when the hosts said Anne Curtis will be there, that added to my excitement that night. I wasn’t expecting she’ll be there, I know she’s the endorser but all I’m expecting were Itchiworms and Rocksteady. I am not an avid fan of Anne Curtis but husband and I like her so I waited for her, she didn’t stay that long, after she greeted the guests and given away her 2011 calendars (I got one!) she went backstage and greeted the finalist back there. I didn’t let that night pass without taking a picture with her so I followed her and tried to use my right hand and took a photo of us. Then boom! I got one and I am so happy! ;D She’s kind and not hard to approach.
Anne and Me 😀
That was a fun night for me, even I’m so tired, I still have the energy to take pics of the participants and also finished the contest til they finally announced the lucky and talented winners.
And the winners are ……(drum roll)
GSM Flair Idol 2010 Grand Champion – “The BOMB”!
GSM Flair Idol 2010 1st Runner Up – “Flair Ninja”!
and finally the GSM Flair Idol 2010 2nd Runner Up – “Manong Jorge”!
Congratulations to all of you guys! You are all awesome! I’m sure all of these boys were all happy coz they all have their consolation prizes from GSM Blue!
I am wishingthem all Good Luck and may their dreams all come true and become our great flairtenders here in the Philippines and all over the world someday! They are all talented! I guess the 6 day training really enhanced them well. They underwent a special six-day training to further hone their skills and expertise in flairtending and the bartending business, and develop their individual performances for the finals. They then showcased their skills in a special demo performance at the GSM Blueniversity Bar in San Sebastian College-Recoletos prior to the finals.
These are the 15 finalist from all over the country.
Students from top HRM colleges around the country comprised the 15 ultimate contenders of the epic flairtending showdown in the recently concluded GSM Blue Flair Idol Grand Finals at the San Miguel by the Bay in SM Mall of Asia.
They are all awesome but I have my personal bet… I love “MAKATA”
He was good and he entertained me so much. He danced and sang as well coz people were shouting “Jovit” and then “sample! sample!’ ahahahhah! I love it! I really enjoyed his performance as well as the other participants 😀
Here’s some of my pictures…”D
GSM Blue tents selling GSM shots for only 10 pesos! I love the Calamansi Shot! ;D
